Bellevue College Veteran Offerings

This college assists military and veterans by offering credit for military experience & CLEP exam scores as well as participating in the DoD’s Tuition Assistance program, which benefits active duty personnel.

Bellevue College offers 25% off tuition for military, veterans, and their family members along with extensions on payment deadlines.

Bellevue College is a student-focused, open-access institution that places a strong emphasis on excellent teaching and small class sizes. Last year, a tremendously diverse group of 37,000 students chose BC to fulfill a variety of educational and professional goals. The majority of BC students enroll in one of six transfer programs, i.e. they complete the first two years of their education here and then transfer to a university to complete their bachelor's degrees.

Bellvue College sends more transfer students to the University of Washington than any other community or technical college in the state.

For those BC students who are career-focused we offer close to 100 professional and technical programs in high-demand career fields that prepare our students for the jobs of today and the opportunities of tomorrow.

Others choose BC to learn English or improve their basic skills; retool their skills in our Worker Retraining program; continue their education to advance in careers with a Continuing Education class; or earn college credit while still in high school in the Running Start program.
