Unique Vet Offerings at Indiana University Bloomington

Today the IU Bloomington campus is home to more than 500 veterans and nearly 750 military spouses and dependents. As a Pat Tillman Foundation partner university, IU is able to host one Tillman Scholar each year. If you are a direct descendant of an American veteran of World War I, you may be eligible for IU’s LaVerne Noyes Award. IU’s Veteran Family Support Grant provides up to $2,000 in unrestricted funding each year to veteran and military-connected students who are enrolled full time at IU Bloomington and are supporting a child or children under 18.
