Stetson University

Stetson University is a four-year, private university in DeLand, Florida. Stetson University is home to more than 100 academic programs in four divisional areas and with undergraduate and graduate studies offered in many areas. 

Scholarships

Transfer Beyond Scholarship 

The Transfer Beyond scholarship offers full tuition and fees for up to three years or until undergraduate graduation, whichever comes first. Students must submit a 500-word essay. There will be five finalists. A $5,000 grant will be awarded to the other four finalists. April 1 Deadline Each Year.

Transfer Scholarships

Transfer students are eligible for this scholarship, which can range from $10,000 - $29,000 yearly. Students can receive this scholarship for eight semesters or until undergraduate graduation, whichever comes first.

Merit-Based Scholarships

  • Dean's Scholarship (Up to $28,000)
  • Faculty-Merit Scholarship (Up to $25,000)

J. Ollie Edmunds Distinguished Scholarship

The competitive scholarship comes with academic requirements and pays all expenses for students who have exhibited strong academic performance and leadership potential. This scholarship is also accompanied by a summer internship stipend.

The four colleges & schools at Stetson are: College of Arts & Sciences, College of Law, School of Business Administration, & the School of Music. Stetson is looking to continue to increase our veterans and military families on campus due to the experience they bring to campus.
