A regionally accredited, public institution of the State of Alabama, Troy University is proud of its more than 65 years of service to military service members, veterans and their families as they pursue advanced education under the GI Bill, the Tuition Assistance Program, the MyCAA initiative, private funding and other financing options. The University is an educational partner with the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard and has been recognized as a leader in higher education for members of the military community by U.S. News and World report, GI Jobs, Military Times Edge, Advanced Military Education, and more. To further demonstrate its commitment to the military, TROY has created The Military and Family Scholarship that caps the cost of tuition at $250.00 per semester hour for active duty military, National Guard and Reservists, along with their spouses and dependents for undergraduate and graduate study. As a provider of relevant online programs, TROY’s continued commitment to setting the standard for online learning spans 20 years. Through TroyONLINE, the University provides students one-on-one attention from seasoned instructors with real-world experience, the opportunity to participate in online discussions, take online assessments and to have valuable opportunities to collaborate virtually and 24/7/365 access to all of the resources of a world-class university from your home or office. The combination of outstanding faculty, effective student support professionals and affordable tuition has created a student centered environment that ensures that the active duty personnel, military veterans, military spouses and family members we serve, will receive the attention they need to achieve their academic goals. “Military successful” is our mantra – we owe our warriors and their families no less.
