In September 1970 Vincennes University Jasper opened its doors to students in temporary, rented facilities in downtown Jasper. Since then, the Jasper campus has served thousands of students in Dubois, Spencer, Martin, Perry, Crawford, Harrison, Pike, Orange, and Lawrence counties in Indiana. New buildings emerged and additional degrees have been added since this early event.
